Describe what the American Grand Union Flag looked like.....

It had 13 stripes with alternating color of red and white. But instead of stars in the upper corner it had the British flag. The 13 stripes represented the 13 colonies and the britich flag was requested n there by members of congress who wanted to keep close ties with Britain.
